1/3       cup shredded Radish

2          Spring Onions, finely chopped

Dressing:

1          large Orange, juiced and zested

2          Tablespoons freshly grated Ginger

2          Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar

2          Tablespoons Coconut Aminos

1/4       cup Olive Oil

1          Tablespoon Honey

2          drops Monk Fruit sweetener

1/4       teaspoon Salt
