2          Spring Onions, finely diced

Dressing:

1          large Orange, juiced and zested

2          Tbsp. Ginger, freshly grated

2          Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

2          Tbsp. Coconut Aminos

1/4       cup Olive Oil

1          Tbsp. Honey

2          drops Monk Fruit sweetener

1/4       tsp. Salt
