Fresh Chili Aioli

1          Organic Egg, room temperature

1          tsp. Dried Mustard

1          Tbsp. Lemon Juice

1          Tbsp. Rice Vinegar

1          Tbsp. Sambal Oelek

1           tsp. Honey

2          drops Monk Fruit Sweetener

1          cup Olive Oil

Salt, to taste
