Crispy Spiced Pumpkin Seeds

  • 2 Cups Raw Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp. Hotshot Spice Blend (equal ginger, cinnamon & turmeric)
  • 1 tsp. Sea Salt


  • Preheat the oven to 350F
  • Place the pumpkin seeds on a sheet pan, and toss with the oil and spice.
  • Bake until crispy, stirring once or twice, 12 to 15 minutes.
